2. Products and Services

We sell physical products and tickets for DIY classes through our website. The information related to each product and service is available on their respective product pages. Please make sure to review the specifications, details, and availability of the products before purchasing.

Making a reservation through online system consists of selecting a class type, then a timeslot and optionally number of spots one wants to book.

3. Prices

All prices listed on the Store are in Euros (also can be presented as EUR or €) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be added at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our online platform by adding products or DIY class tickets to the shopping cart and completing the payment process. Payments can be made through the following methods:

• Credit Cards (inlcusive of Apple Pay and Google Pay)
• Cash on site – only for selected events; if applicable – will be available to choose in the checkout process

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Estimated shipping costs are displayed at checkout, and we will send you a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control. Any customs fees or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

7. DIY Classes

Tickets to our DIY classes can be purchased on the website. The availability of each class, along with its date, and time, will be displayed on the class’s individual page.

All necessary details of the class, including address, any preparation instructions, guides etc., will be sent before the classes.

• Materials necessary for the classes can be provided by the organisator (if class’s description says so). In that case you will not be charged for the materials, unless otherwise stated in the class’s description.

8. Warranty and Liability

Physical Products:

Our products come with a warranty as stated on the individual product pages. In case of any defects or issues, please contact us at hello@sznurki.studio for further assistance.

DIY Classes:

We are not liable for any injury or damage caused during our DIY classes. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the class.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available in the page’s footer (or here).

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will only apply to all orders placed after the date of the update.
