Refund, returns and cancellations policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us at hello@sznurki.studio.
If you wish to return a product after delivery, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, plus any time the payment gateway takes to process the refund (up to 14 days).

DIY class tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the class is canceled or rescheduled by us.
If a class is canceled or rescheduled, you will have the option to receive a refund or transfer your ticket to a different class.
If you wish to reschedule the class – you can do so if you send us a request to do so via email at hello@sznurki.studio.
